With a strong foundation in safety administration and field coordination, she works alongside senior advisors and site leadership to ensure systems are not only compliant, but functional and effective in real-world environments.

 

Her experience includes safety documentation management, supporting inspections and audits, assisting with incidents reporting and corrective action tracking, and maintaining organized, audit-ready safety records. She understands the pace and pressure of commercial construction and brings a steady, solutions-focused approach to supporting supervisors and project teams.

 

Currently working toward her National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation, Megan is committed to continued professional growth and strengthening her technical expertise. She is detail-oriented, dependable, and driven to contribute to strong safety culture and measurable performance on every projects she supports.
